Delete your Labelz account.
You can delete your account and all personal data at any time. Two ways.
Option 1 · In-app
From the Labelz app
Open the app, then go to:
Settings → Delete AccountConfirm twice and your account is gone. Instant.
Option 2 · By email
Don't have the app installed?
Email contact@labelzai.app from the address on your account. We'll process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
All personally identifying data tied to your account.
- Profile and account record
- Dietary preferences
- Allergens and avoidances
- Scan photos
- Email and push token
- Subscription identifiers
Anonymised activity records (scan history with your user ID stripped, achievements, streaks) are retained as anonymous data per our Privacy Policy. They cannot be linked back to you.
